...Judge others (especially those that they do not know.) Come out in the end of their accusations having given away a few secrets as to the very things, that they themselves are, and hide?

I for one believe that in the very act of judging anyone, you give away all of your (well hidden) problems and secrets!
"You are, first and foremost, what you accuse in others!"
Anyone else agree on a philosophocial or psychological level?
Any one know of any studies or theories (with a title) that back this? (Besides the Bible)
