work I thought I could trust. On leaving for lunch, I realised almost immediately I had forgotten my keys, and caught this woman telling my boss who is a bit of a snob anyway. In that split moment their faces told the story!! Later, I told my boss anyway as I had intended, and she said well I hope you are well or something like that. Question now!!!! Do I approach the gossiper, or as I love my job, accept the fact they WILL ALL really enjoy this, because I DO NOT JOIN IN ANY GOSSIP, but have heard plenty of it. I am popular with the public in my job and do it better than some and I work hard, so should I just maintain my dignity and decorum or what. I would love them to know that I heard them gossiping especially the one who broke my confidential problem to my boss. I am too worrried about my boyfriend to deal with them, but should I tackle that girl about it. He is seriously ill now and if it was me I would be supporting a colleague as much as I could not gossip. Do you agree?

I still see myself as different, and unloved. I'm not depressed, I'm rather baffled.

Don't get me wrong, I have friends. Some of whom I'm close to... but I still feel really alone.

Why would I ask this!? No idea... perhaps you have some insight?

If they like or do something different from what the person does or believes. If it dosent hurt anyone, what gives the other person the right to be 'critical' of them and tell them to do it thier way and if not they will critisize them?

Like you think differently from everyone else.

I'd rather spend a night trying to find part of myself than getting wasted at some houseparty. I don't care about who's dating who or how everyone else percieves me.

As time has gone by, it is very apparent that the American dream has changed. The meaning of this dream is different to everyone, but as a society, we have changed our vision to revolve around wealth and materialistic goods. The American dream should really be about working hard to get where you want to be in life and not letting materialistic things get in the way of a true goal. What ever your American Dream is, remember that only you can make it come true.

Intelligence changes in definition from person to person. Our life experiences shape how we think and define things. Furthermore, it also depends on the context. For instance, some of the things we do in our culture is considered stupid by someone who grew up in a different culture. How can I not be hurt when someone thinks that I am stupid. That one person I care about. They appear to be intelligent because they have more knowledge than me, meaning a more powerful memory. i don't have a great memory, but I can always work on it. How else can I defend myself? To me, intelligence is using what natural abilities you have in a useful, creative way. Intelligence is when you can make a person go WOW!!! Intelligence is hard work and using words to make people stop and question themselves and society.

There is a girl who is 10 years old and probably she is a victim of incest or violence. She lives with her father. The parents are divorced and the mother is living in another city.

She denies to tell that her father abuses her. I know it. Because she behaves really strange and sometimes her reactions for usual things are so extreme.

A couple days ago I wanted to hold her hair. She yelled at me like "Don't touch me!" and then she apologized for her strange manner. She also really hates her father but denies to tell me the reason. She always says "He may go to the hell!" or something similar to this. She also said that her father told the girl that he loves her very much since she resembles her mother.

As a matter of fact I want to do something for her but I don't want to force her. How can I make her tell me the truth. Maybe I can do something for her and help her get rid of this father. But since she denies to talk, I can't do anything and I don't want to break her heart. Of course I'm not so sure about those. But I want to be sure then do something.

I know this is something too serious for me to handle alone but I need some suggestions about this issue. What do you think I should do?

I dont feel like getting out of bed in the morning and when I do I am tired most of the day. I feel like people are criticizing me all the time. And I just sit at home and never go to friends. I sometimes feel like a failure and just want to stop everything and take a break. I feel stressed all the time.
