i look at the ceiling and the paint just keeps moving around for some reason and it looks like there is a layer of fog on the ceiling... and my dogs fur is like almost glowing... why is this?

Maybe it's because of either food allergies medicinal side effects or flashing lights. I recomend cutting back on all till you find out what.
