Dont over analyze the situation...
Alot of people dont feel like getting up in the morning, including me. Some people just arent morning people.
You may be tired during the day because you just arent sleeping well at night and that just might be another problem that you should ask someone about.
People really MAY be critizing you all day (lol)
But for real...you may just be oversensitive and shouldnt take what people say so seriously.
If you've always been the type of person to stay at home then this is pretty normal...you just dont like to go out much and there are alot of people like that to.
Some people just have a bad day where they feel like nothing is going right or if they wake up feeling bad or moody then the whole day will seem bad even though it really isnt...You may feel like a failure because you just woke up moody.
You can feel stressed for any number of reasons, as soo many people do.
Or...of course, you may really be depressed and in that case, if all of this continues or gets worse then you should tell your doctor.

Yes, i am sorry to tell you that it seems that you are depressed. Take it easy you have just a disorder that is very treatable but you have to search for help, go to a psichologyst and things will get better, it will take time and effort. Hey man it seems that it is very comfortable to be depressed!! you don´t have to get out of bed, don´t leave your home, don´t see your friends! Stop giving them reasons to criticize you! You can do better and you are not a failure but you are failing right now, and anytime you beleive that the thought that turns you down is true. You have to make an effort, although some depressions are periodycal in the majority of them you need to get involved in the solution, move on. But NOT ALONE dare to ask for help. Good luck you are on your way to get better (you already asked for help)

You could be depressed, but then you may just be tired--maybe a sleep disorder. Maybe you're facing burnout.
The only way to tell for certain is to see a dr.
www.nami.org is a storehouse of knowledge and assistance. Go visit them and see if they can offer some help.
