Ive had a hard life and suffer manic psychosis with a bit of ocd on the side. The past few days have been some of the hardest days of my life and feel im at a crucial point where i feel its do or die, make or break. This is why i feel the need to think positive as much as possible and only be around positive people and rebuff anyone who wants to influence me in a negative way. Im deeply afraid because i reckon that if i think myself down to a level where i feel like a negative, bad person, others will in turn percieve me that way. So, if you know of any tactics to keep thinking positive please let me know. The person with the most ideas gets the ten points. Thanks in advance.

I've been to mental health therapy at 2 periods of my life and still think I need more. Is it a scam? Are there people really helped by it or is it just a racket to get you to pay someone to talk to for the rest of your life?

Okay. Here it is: You know how sometimes you start thinking about something and you start daydreaming. Okay well, when you day dream, you don't see anything. So my question is, if someone is daydreaming, but their eyes are open, CAN THEY SEE? Put it this way. They are sitting right in front of a tree, and their eyes are open, but thy are daydreaming. So, can that person actually SEE at that given moment. Or would they be the equivilant of a blind person because technically they are not "seeing" what's in front of them. Really think about it. Intelligent answers please. Thanks.

I used to think, it knocked the living breath out of me at times, when the trolls would come back to devour me as prey. Then I would retreat to regroup, lick my wounds . . then I'd come back, as I now have for the 3rd time as Buddhist# 3!
What have been your experiences, in this arena which test your mettle, JusT Virtually, of course!!!
(for some odd reason I think I am leaving out a reactionary Ouch! out of my question, though!
Anyone interesting in sharing . . at your discretion, of course!

Do you think your lives would be different if you were raised in the 70s or 80s...in a whole different social environment, with different music and media to guide you?

Do you think there would still be gender confusion, and all these sub-cultures happening that exist now?

I think you would all be so different. People are a product of the times.

I once dated a guy who hit me...after we broke up I suffered such horrible anxiety attacks and would often feel guilty about nothing. I even had to take Valium to calm down. Is this some sort of post traumatic stress or syndrome?

What other symptoms can one experience? How did you get over it?

Throughout my life I get attached to older women and the latest one is Simone Lahbib who played Helen Stewart in Bad Girls. She is also in a crime drama Wire In the Blood at present. I have had dreams of her as well. Once she was in my old school hall and everyone was shouting out Wire in the Blood for some reason and directing it at me and Simone stuck up for me and we hung round together for the rest of the day. Then once I was investigating a crime with her on Wire In The Blood. What does this dream also mean then?

Thanks.

I have had real bad dreams of my Social Worker. I hate her so much in real life and getting a new one anyway but I had a dream that I pushed her off a high building (the b***h survived) then another dream I had was that she knew I was scared of water but she dragged me kicking and sreaming into the water to do canoeing. She's getting me back for pushing her off a high building. But what do these dreams really mean?
