Ive had a hard life and suffer manic psychosis with a bit of ocd on the side. The past few days have been some of the hardest days of my life and feel im at a crucial point where i feel its do or die, make or break. This is why i feel the need to think positive as much as possible and only be around positive people and rebuff anyone who wants to influence me in a negative way. Im deeply afraid because i reckon that if i think myself down to a level where i feel like a negative, bad person, others will in turn percieve me that way. So, if you know of any tactics to keep thinking positive please let me know. The person with the most ideas gets the ten points. Thanks in advance.

Politics is a grimy pastime, they're worse than little ones for slinging dirt at one yet another and airing their laundry out in public. you will think of they have been married and getting divorced, lol. Politics is an extremely messy pastime, they pull out the stops to get into place of work via any ability neccesary yet on the top of the day IF the two Hil or Barack win the Presidency you are able to gaurentee that their Democrat rival canditate will function in the winner's government at some senior place, backstage they're probably very stable acquaintances. So for that reason shall we wish McCain or somebody else wins, as the two HC or BO would be undesirable for the U. S.. and remember, "Lies win elections".

First of all , negative people are all all over, trying to avoid them, is like trying to stay dry in a rain shower. If they make rude , negative comments that is their problem , not yours, don't reply to them, It will just make you feel bad that you did so .
You need to work on what makes you feel better about yourself. Here's my remedy . try to find bright spots in your day , and write them down, also if you can help another person get though a bad spot it in turns helps you . a person need to do things that gives them a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day And take each day one at a time and if you stumble, well, that's just part of life, It's up to you to pick yourself up, and keep on climbing. hugs.

5.I will become skilled in seeing things from other people's point of view.
6. I will try and improve my understanding of the consequences of my behaviour

Concentrate, truly I know how hard that can be with ocd and adhd. But meditate and allow yourself to slip inbetween the line of sleep and awareness. You will be concious but your body will be asleep. It allows you to think without breaking thoughts because something happened, doesn't matter what.

when i have bad days i get right away from people, i get on the river bank and walk look at the fish and how pretty nature is and try to see pretty things only and think nice thoughts
