That's you can't move, you can scream, you can't change the situation, nobody helps you??....that you can't control your own fate?....and all these feelings are not out of certain particular reason, but a lot of tiny things?

Um. yeah. It got really bad a couple of years ago and my doctor put me on Effexor. It really helped. I stayed on it for a year and then he had me wean myself off. I feel fine. Sometimes I still start feeling like that but I just try to take a few deep breaths. If I feel like I have fifty thousand things to accomplish then sometimes I write them down and make a list of things to do. It helps me gain perspective. You need to make time for yourself when you start feeling that way. And you need to learn how to say no to people so you don't keep adding stress to your life. Just keep reminding yourself that you can change your life and you can control your own fate - to a large extent!

Sounds like there are alot of things on your plate. Maybe you want to accomplish so many things that it feels overwhelming by looking at them all at once. Take a step back, make a list, prioritize what you want to get done 1st, 2nd, etc. Maybe some of those things can be done with a friend? You are in control of most things, but not all. Do your best. Even if things don't go exactly as planned, you didn't fail. Remember to give yourself a break and reward when you succeed!

I think you got depressed.
You must ask yourself some questions like:

Am I able to gain pleasure from activities that normally are pleasurable?

Do I lose interest in normal activities, hobbies and everyday life?

Do I Feel tiring all of the time and having no energy?

Do I Have a poor appetite or am I suffering from overeating and put on weight?

Do I Feeling restless, tense and anxious all of the time?

Do I Feel hopeless that nothing will make things better.

And more…

Remember: in a critical situation, the most highly qualified clinician will offer the most advice and the least support. (Murphy' laws)

Take care!

You have overwhelmed yourself! Yes, it's possible. List your responsibilities and then eliminate as many as possible.
You have too much stress in your life and if you can't let some of it go, then you will have to see a doctor and they may not be equipped to help you. Ask the nurse over the phone before you spend your money on someone who is vague or tries to drag you in to ask the doctor. A doctor either treats stress disorders and depression or they do not. Otherwise, release as much stress as you can and Always breathe deeply. Massage always helps me.

Yes, many times in life and also in dreams but have come out of them because of faith from my Guru (who is not in real flesh and blood but is no less effective). And He doesn't demand money or any other riches, material offerings etc., but wants only two things from us: Faith and Patience.

He is religious but is beyond all religions.

So look for your own Guru or email me if you need more details. If you are your person, you will be accepted.
