what's the difference between someone who wants attention/shows they are suicidal with the way they dress, talk, etc. & someone who doesn't-(they keep quiet, but look unhappy)? (I used to dress wild & show it in my art yrs ago but now I don't care to & several people always ask me to cheer up.

My mother and I had a conversation about wanting me to play the lottery. It did not go well. We ended up getting into an argument. She, like the rest of the people in the world, always get mad at me when I make my own decisions in life. Nonetheless, I should have let everyone make my decisions for me, since I'm not allowed to make them by myself. I should have known better than that; not to make my own decisions by myself. It's far too super duper dangerous.

I feel like I just can't get anywhere from where I am. I always stress about if I'm going to mess up my future. I have the conflicting, nerd and thug/punk characteristics going at the same time, and I never know if they're going to screw up the rest of my life. I've tried getting help before, but it's as if they no one's even listening, and I don't want to unload my problems on them. Nobody ever listens anyway, so it's never been an issue. I know I need help, but I don't want it. I just want to get out of this f-ing cage I call my life. The sh*tty thing is that I have a relatively good life, but it doesn't suit me, I'd probably be better off in a worse life.

hi.. i havent seen or heard from my ex boyfriend in 2 months...last night i went to some lounge by me with my friend and i saw my ex kissing some girl...im not going to lie, even though i moved on, it did bother me a bit...after he hooked up with her he was by the bar by himself so i went up to him and said hi and we started talking...after that i saw some guy who i knew and we started talking (thats all, i didnt hook up with him or anything)...i saw my ex staring at us that he even came up to me while i was talking to the other guy...after that i walked out with my friend and that guy and his friend and i kno my ex saw it bc he tried getting my attention..then he calls me and leaves a message on my voicemail saying "i want you" but ur with another guy".. i get a call from him the next day apologizing to me if he said anything bad the night before cause he was drunk. then he asked me how i been? and what ive been up to? i mean seriously what does he want from me??

It's Friday night, I don't smoke weed or drink alcohol anymore; or want to be around it (that eliminates 95% of friends). i'm bored, what the h$%l should I do? Also, drinking coffee at 9pm makes it harder to fall asleep doesn't it... Bars = hoes (skanks); coffee shops ='s weirdo's huh.

Two months ago, I caught a short glimpse of my neighbor's face, she was walking her dog. Until yesterday, that I saw her again, upclose, she looked completely different than how I had pictured her. This was in fact very weird, and I want to know if you have had a similar experience.

If you were to wander across a high school campus, there are few who takes studies for the sake of learning, rather than the grades. And those few are often scolded by the majority of other students. Many laugh at those who studies, who reads, and who thinks. It is beyond my comprehension why that happens, any ideas?

Me and my sons father have not been together in about 3 years. He went to prison because he got the babysitter pregnant (she was 13 and he was 26, hence why we are not together anymore). He was never a very good father, never worked, did drugs. I know they are way better off without him around. He has been writing me and telling me that I am hurting the boys by not letting hm talk to them or taking them to see him in jail. They know where he is. When they ask me why he is there I just saw because he didn't do the right thing. When we split up it was really hard on the boys, their whole lives changed, I used to work 70-80 hours a week at a min. wage job just to barely make it and their father was supposed to be at home with them but there were so many other things going on, things that I am very ashamed that I didn't get them out sooner. Finally, we are very happy and they are doing good. What should I do? They are 6 and 8, he won't be out untill they are 9 and 11.
