It depends on the situation. Like if you were cheated out of something or you just feel a little disappointed then no.
But you should just put on a game face and be happy for the winner.
It's like in life if someone is better than you at something or they achieve something you don't, then the best thing is just to be happy for them and proud of yourself for what you achieved.

you should never be a sore loser --- or a bad loser --- because if you have lost fair and square --- thenm thats how it is --- being egotistical --- will only let the umpire assume --- you did'nt agree with the descion --- and he will penalise you . good luck .
