when my business and marriage seemed hopless I started going to Stripclubs when I seemed out of place at malls,the beach,book stores or business meetings and this one girl jst reminded me of when I was like ten years old and I can't get her out of my mind and it's been aprx a year and a half since I met her and visions of her are stuck in my mind all day long like an annoying song stuck in my mind ... have you ever had such an annoying thing happen to you where you can't stop thinking of someone but it might not be anything about that person but she reminds you of someone or somewhere else,of like fonder memories of someplace?

I was told that people are attracted to numbers with curves like 3's or 8's. A university did a study on this and discovered that chances of people chosing 3 was like 70% out of hundres of people. Mathmatically it should be a 25% probablity....What did you pick?

I lost my 3 yr old son almost 2 weeks ago, and it seems like all i do is sit in a daze all the time. I scream, i cry, ive hit walls, collapsed many times...i just dont know what to do...i dont sleep anymore, how do i start grieving? I have looked at many support websites, but none of them help. I dont want to talk to anybody but my son, so i dont want a therapist right now...what do i do?

Is it odd to wish that all humans on the face of the planet would quickly but painfully die, being that they are primarily an agent of suffering for the rest of the planet?

What if this person daydreamed about non-existence? Felt anger at their parents for bringing them into a world that was so cold?

What if these wishes were from an eight year old?

What would this mean for the child?

What kind of person could this child possible grow up to be, and what kind of things could soften this harsh view of reality?

What would you do for an adult who still held threads of this sentiment from childhood? What would you fear for/from them?

For some reason, everytime I go travelling and then come back home, usually for the whole day I feel sad and depressed inside. I listen to sad music, which is not me at all. I hate slow songs, but after returning from a trip really far away; i feel depressed inside and I just sit in my room the whole day listening to sad music, and how I wished I was not home yet. This happens to me when I visit family and when I just go on a trip. I start missing the place/country/family. How should I deal with it? I'm currently in that mood.

Do you think that perhaps some sort of personality test or evaluative interview would be better than age limits at determining things like:

Who can get a drivers liscence?
Who can vote?
Who can legally consent to sex?
Who can buy legally buy alcohol/tobacco?
Who can see R rated movies or adult videos?
Who can join the military?
and so on...

Or do you think an age limit for these things is the best policy?

Since I was about 14 (about 8 years ago) I've been having weird spells where I have 2-second flashbacks of something that never happened to me. As much as I try to remember I forget them literally seconds later. I've tried shouting out key words as the flashbacks happen but when I refer to those words later, they mean absolutely nothing.

I'm interested to know what this could be and if anyone else has this?

I'm only 26 years old and hvae been in 4 companies. I stayed for two years in my first job, 1 year in my second, 6 months in my third and im currently on my 7th month in my fourth company. I left the 1st company because the 2nd company was a better opportunity. The 3rd company doubled my salary but i didn't get along with the company's culture. Im getting bored with my current (4th) company and i want to leave already. I have always been in marketing of consumer goods and now, working for telco's, i dont get challenged as much. What i would like to know really is why i get bored very easily. Is there something wrong with me? They say that not being able to stay in a job for a long time is a sign of immaturity. Is this the case for me? to be honest, I'm not really sure what i want to do with my life, if im going to remain corporate forever or if i should just start my own business. I easily get dissatisfied and demoralized with my work. Help, i dont want to ruin my resume!

including me, some people tend to worry excessively about something they cannot control or something as small as a word they said. I sometimes worry unesscarily even when theres nothing major to worry about, its as if sometimes i have doubts about things.
