Problem with unrequited love is that you didn't observe the red flags which would have protected you from pain. You either chose to ignore them or missed them completely. Either way, anger is not productive, it's an emotion that can be controlled.

Channel that anger and avoid the urge to seek revenge.
That business about not burning bridges can work in your favor. I would hate to leave a trail of enemies behind every time I didn't get my way in a one-sided love relationship.

Become a better person for having gone through it. Believe me, down the road, such improvements to self are what will become attributes that someone will find attractive later on.
Focus on finding a reciprocal relationship from which you can build. Enough chasing after something unattainable. Play a game you can win with someone worthy of your efforts.

I certainly have been in that place in the past and that i could desire to assert, I hated it. the actuality the guy i grew to become into deeply infatuated with felt not something grew to become into coronary heart breaking. I felt insecure because of the fact I couldnt understand why 'X' didnt love me. Felt emotionally exhausted after making alot attempt and getting so linked.specific, its lonely.
