The combination of characteristics are that of a potentially dangerous human being. Proceed with caution.
If the individual is severely paranoid schizophrenic, he may not be able to trust enough to love or recognize it. If in addition to psychotic paranoia, they have anger issues, as well as sociopathic tendencies (no remorse for their actions, however grievous and NO EMPATHY for others), the level of care needs to be provided by professionals, as they are capable of great harm to themselves or others.
I repeat: proceed with caution until the "nature of the beast" is known.
