...I am talking about my partner here, age 42, can some one really overcome alcohol dependence at this age. I feel it cannot be done with out therapy / counselling. However it appears not everyone is ammenable to " mind medicine" and fear it so. this time he really could loose myself and our two children - yet sober he is a lovely man and the kids adore him. He says I am his soul mate....although I love him, unfortunatley he is no longer mine, I've had to do some degree of detaching... any thoughts?? Thanks.

Starting college was something new to me and when people told me that college was a piece of cake, I seriously believed them-call me naive. Any who I am doing ROTC and I didn't do so hot this fisrt quarter so I took time off to get my act together, try to learn from what I am doing wrong and learn from it, find something that works for me. I was doing good in the beginning of the quarter, and still am in a couple classes, but yet I am not going to the full capacity I knew I could go to, or at least try to be at-because sometimes at the end of the day I feel so useless. Basically a paper was do Thrus. and this chick told me it was due Mon. And I came to class Thrus. unprepared, and it was due. So I spent the weekend working on my paper and my teacher said I would start at 70% percent and go from there. I turned in the paper but forgot the rubric. He basically said I need to get it together and he is right. Any techiques or word of advice on learning to be a better student?

i'm studying at a university in turkiye and i have exams 2 weeks later but i can't study cos i don't want but i have to.also i feel myself useless and like nothing in the world.moreover in the summer i want to go to england but i can't cos i have to do lots of things and i don't know noone in there....shortly as u can see i'm just talking nonsense thingssss.ok never mind me.i'm just talking!!

i have a crush on this guy, and he knows i have this crush on him but we actually don't know each other personally(we're schoolmates) when we see each other at school his friends act foolish and tease the both of us but we never actually have a chance to really talk, now i've been having a lot of dreams about him!!It was as if we'v known each other for so long!!but when i wake up, nothing's changed, he's still that guy i can only talk to in my dreams....

i m an accountant having 7000per month i just have to do work for one day in a month so the whole 29days of month r so boring 4 me i am planning to earn one crore and also i know i can make it
but every time when i start to work towards my bussiness some kind of laziness overcome on me and the time if i m feeling good then by just dreaming i waste my all day i can not concentrate my self on my work some times i feel i should have a girlfriend what another time my mind changes to spritual waves

haha okk i dunnow which category this fits in but, why do ppl have problems with short ppl? People(especially guys) constantly keep on teasing me because of my height- at first i'd laugh about it- but now its just getting boring and annoying.. I dont know how to make them stop..Its not as if theyre bullying me, its just annoyin! I tried telling them to stop, but it doesn't really work with them.. Plus, do guys mind dating shortiezz ?!:S :P hehhe thxx(odd question i knw =D)

I'm a male student. During my childhood I had sex with my father in an Unknown Manner. After that, I had sex with my brother during that time, my dreaming and actions were coordinating together automatically.

Sometimes now, my hands are automatically do something as i dreaming the bad things sexually. I want to avoid by myself. But, i could not. I am somewhat Handsome, due to this, during Journey itself some Male touched my Genital Organ and did some inducement. Sometimes , i have been attracted by Some Handsome Male Person.

I know having sex with male and dreaming like is totally bad against nature.

But, i could not get rid of the problem (Homosexual Feeling). Please Help me...

Ive suffered with panic attacks and now ive come off my anti depressants (citalopram) thing is now my mind is trying to make me think im an homosexual and I keep getting thoughts about guys, but my feelings remain for girls, I don’t know what to do and I do think its to do with panicking or maybe coming off the tablets because I love women, maybe too much and when I get in a worry state my mind trys to make me think the opposite, so my question is could this be to do with coming off the citalopram? I know im not gay but I fear that my mind WILL convince me and I’ll end up not liking women and im aware this is a stupid problem, also I am 19 but since the age of 6 ive always been attracted to women and some people say im just suppressing my homosexuality but that doesn’t feel me, anybody help?
