I am aware of how to quit but dealing with the irritability and mood swings in the first few days is the real issue. If I can get past that then I'm home free. Any suggestions?

I find it so hurtful the way men mistreat women in general and have done throughout history. I know women do it too and there are decent men out there, but sometimes I just find it really hard to see past all the horrible misogyny that goes on. It's everywhere and, quite frankly, I don't want to live in such a ****** up world - I'm not going to do anything stupid, but sometimes I would rather be dead than be a woman.

Does anyone understand? What can I do? I'm beating myself up with all this negativity and I'm so bogged down in it I don't know how to get through.

I just don't function right; I do most of what I'm suppose to do: work, take care of my son, and pay my bills. But my house is a mess, I have no social activities, and I've turned into such a boring person. It's not an easy fix or a case of laziness there is something wrong that paxil hasn't fixed. I only tried medication because I felt I was cheating my son, some minor improvements but not overall. I use to be the fun aunt that all kids wanted to spend time with, now my own son who's a toddler prefers grandparents over me. It's hard to explain but I do need help,please!

Okay been having some really stupid dreams lateley and now the people I have dreamt about are contacting me and I havent seen them for like 5 years. Just imagine there's a song in everyones heart. And like most songs , they have words etc. WHAT IF: You know the song..you know the words...but the tune or rhythm is lost? Kinda like the feeling of being "dead inside" . And that the song just keeps playing just coz it has to. I'm just wondering if it's normal to feel like this, and has anyone experienced this or is experiencing it?

The fear of being raped.

It is getting really bad now, but im embarrassed to go and talk to my doctor, just wondering if anyone else has/had it and what they did, were you given medication? Did you go to see a therapist? Its hard to find information on the subject.

I have a dream at least 2 times a week that there is a huge storm outside and so I look out the window and a tornado forming in a field in front of my house...I tell my mom but she wont believe me that there is one so I try to get my bro up but he wont wake so I run for saftey after the tornado is gone i find my brother and mom dead laying in the grass...I need advice plz help
