I feel like I'm outside of my body and I am an outer viewer of my body. I feel it's not my body.

I know this sounds bad but it's not. Reinvent yourself! You can become whoever you want to be. No matter what, you will be you (confused or not). This is your chance to start over but be honest with yourself. Try starting with personal morals. What do you think is right and wrong and figure out what makes them right or wrong. My most basic moral is "Do onto others as you want them to do onto you!" Hope this helps!

If you can not feel or rationalize your senses than that isn't your body. But you get hit and feel pain then that is your body. If you feel not accepting it than try to change it...but besides your style of clothing or some other minor image stuff you can not do much because you wouldn't function properly.

Start by going back a bit and find out what it is that is making you feel this way and change it. Go back to doing things the way you want instead of what others think you want.

I would like an email if this is correct please. thanks
