You must be in a tornado zone and something put this in your head and you are having a hard time getting rid of it. I suggest talking it out with your mother and brother first. Let them know about the dream. Get there acknowledgment that they would believe you and maybe even do a skit where everything in your dream happens but they go with you to safety. If that doesn't work talk to your friends, school counselor, and maybe if it is really bad see a doctor. There are drugs that knock you out and will not let you dream, but these are only used as a last resort.

It takes time and a lot of effort but any person can turn any bad dream into a good one. When you wake frightened then calm down and think of a better ending to the dream such as when you go to look at your mother and brother they look up and smile at you. I know it works because I used to hve two very bad nightmares and finally turned them around and never have been bothered by them again. I do still have the dreams but now they are good ones.

You must try to change the ending. Think about what you'd like to happen, and make it happen! Go through the dream as you're going to sleep, and alter it (the tornado just twists into nothing, they weren't dead, they wake up smiling etc., whatever you think).
I had a horrible recurring dream, and eventually managed to alter it. Gradually I stopped having the dream. Now, if I think about it (when awake) I just remember the 'new' ending, and think about something else.

I used to have a recurring bad dream when I was a child. Then I started sleeping with a small radio under my pillow which was just on enough so I could hear what was said. It meant I was concentrating on something as I dozed off instead of my overactive imagination running wild.
Don't know if this will help.

set up a strict sleep time table - each little thing off on an analogous time each night, up on an analogous time daily, alongside with weekends. do no longer consume something or drink something yet water (or perchance some chamomile tea) after 7 p.m. - 8 on the latest, by way of fact now and back nutrients and chemical ingredients could reason nightmares. one greater factor: do no longer go away the television, laptop, or stereo going at an analogous time as you're sound asleep - the sounds they make could reason unusual targets - extraordinarily the television. as quickly as you have your self settled right into a sturdy ordinary, initiate interpreting what the targets are approximately and whether you have any psychological themes that could desire to be addressed - now and back nightmares are your ideas's way of letting you know which you're unhappy or frightened of something and not dealing with as much because it. somebody as quickly as advised me, "If something is bothering you, cope with it at an analogous time as you're wide awake, or it is going to proceed to hassle you at an analogous time as you're asleep" and that i think of that's genuine.

all the problems of mind can be controlled by concentration of mind, once you concentrate your mind, do any work, you must will success. You know how men's character is formed? all the work that we do, all the things or events that we seen every moment, are bundled to make habbit. and repeated habbit makes character of men. so the remedy of your thoughts and dreams is only the concentration of mind. one other reason may be there, either you haven't friend or you don't like.

Sounds like you are really worried about your family. You must have a big heart but try not to worry too much. Being a worrywart myself has only brought stress and gray hair for me.
