Okay been having some really stupid dreams lateley and now the people I have dreamt about are contacting me and I havent seen them for like 5 years. I know i have a bond with the 1 person and we have had this dream contact thing before. should i act on the dream or just say b***ocks to it and live in the real world. I am so confused!

We all have that ability in us, whether or not we enhance it and use it is the question. Alot of friends have been known to communicate that way. Something must be happening in thier lives, yes I would move forward. You dont want to kick yourself later for it if it turned out bad.

Depends what "acting on the dream" involves.
I'd say just concentrate on living in the real world, at least things then are as they are, no need to try to interpret every situation and/or explain shortcomings to yourself.

a dream is just a dram. there is meaning to most if you want to look thee meanings up. I would say stick to the real world and keep the dream thing as a hobby or something...

there is nothing strange about having a connection with someone. It all depends on the dream whether you should act on it or not

Stop thinking before going to sleep. Watch movies or listen to sounds while sleeping to avoid any undesirable dreams.

if you're like 15-24 years old, then it happens to lot of ppl in that ages .. that's just your imaginations .. i had it too, and i guess a lot of ppl did
it's just because of your imaginations and active life style in that ages
I bet you also fly in your dreams just like I and lot of other ppl did :)
