I am aware of how to quit but dealing with the irritability and mood swings in the first few days is the real issue. If I can get past that then I'm home free. Any suggestions?

Aerobic exercise affects moods will help get your metabolism and moods back on an even keel. Fast walk or slow jog for 30-40 minutes every day.

See if there is a rehab center near by. They can help you during the detox portion. You may want to stay and get the full treatment because they have lots of other tools to help you quit. Good luck

Lots of exercise to sweat out the toxins.reduce you're sugar intake and eat oat meal to reduce the cravings as well. exercise also creates endorphins which help you stay positive.

Hide..stay away from PPl..... take a few day off work...maybe go out of town .....fishing trip or hunting trip...anything that will spare your loved ones from this...I feel your Pain
