I am concerned with my cognitive condition. If you or someone you know exibits similar simptoms or you know what is wrong could you provide me with details it will be greatly appreatated and ease my concern. I am 20 and already very forgetfull; a lot of times I am in the midst of doing something when I forget what the hell I am doing. In other cases I make incredibly irrational decisions. On the other end of the spectrum I am doing excellent in engineering college and holding above a 3.5 gpa. It bothers me simply because I have a lot of love for knowlege and would hate for something to happen. Thanks, Guy Incognito

What Are The Reasons Why?
If you were attending a 4th grade class basketball game and on one team there was a player who was the tallest on the team, and an outstanding player and yet a team player. The score on the winning team is 34. Of the 34 points, 20 were made by the outstanding team member. Problem: Why was it that when the outstanding team player scored, no one in the stands yelled "Way to go"!, etc? Yet when a poorer player made a score, everyone shouted? Did the crowd resent the better player or think this player didn't need the same support the poorer players needed?

I find it offensive that someone would try to promote a new product that they supposedly use themselves and also try to recruit me to sell the product when support groups are supposed to be a "safe" place to go without fear of being solicited in such a way. What would be a proper response in dealing with such a person without causing hard feelings since I have no desire to try the product or become a salesperson?

Is it psychopathic behaviour if a person can look at a picture of a mutilated corpse and not feel any different about it then if they were looking at a picture of a tree, or is it something else, or just normal?

i was sitting in a restaurant late at night with a group of people at just eating my food, minding my own business, and my older cousin had been passive aggressivly taunting me all night. the thing that pushed me over the edge was him picking at my food with out even asking. i finally asked him to stop, and he did... for a moment. when he put his hand on my food the next time i grabbed his wrist and slammed it against the edge of the table, very hard, twice, and screamed, dont touch my f***ing food. all conversations came to a hault, and there i sat, my face twitching uncontrollably, feeling such rage and bewilderment about what i've just done, with what i was told, a very crazed look on my face. i was so upset, i don't doubt i would'nt have seriously injured him if he pressed another button. it is very unlike me to burst out like that, in fact, i never had an outburst like that before. later he confronted me outside when we left, he quickly stepped off when he saw i wasn't afraid...

Last night I had a dream. I was at school with my group of friends watching a parade on the bleachers. Then I went down to go to the vending machines. While i was putting the coins into the vending machine, a friend of mine (opposite gender) kissed me. Then I asked her "What was that for?" and her response was "Nothing." What does my dream mean?

These time I, passing my final examinations of past academic term. However I don't consider it as a main reason which caused stress. I'm calm and feel myself well. But anyway there's something makes me uncomfortable as if I'm bored.

I'm definitly not emo, so don't get that S**T into your head, I'm a white boy from Phx AZ, I work more than full time as a janitor for a thrift store, and everthing just seems the way it's been yesterday and the day before, and the years to come. Am I really supposed to be a work machine and never accomplish any of my dreams? It's BS. But I keep workin' just so I can buy weed, and any other narcotics, and gettin' drunk off my as$... I enjoy my time away from work with my homies, and livin' a rock n' roll lifestyle, but life for me has seem to have reached it's peak of accomplishment, there's no signs, or lights, or dreams left in my head, I believe I've drown and burn them all. Try your best to sort through this, I'll take a look at it, peace.

I am here in Singapore living quite a lonely life. I have two or three freinds that I hang out maybe once ina week or even less. I live with my girlfriend who's absolutely the love of my life. I study in a university. Though I dont like to go clubbing and hang around too often... I have the need to do so just because I do not want to be labelled as a person who does not. I want to have more friends ONLY because I DO NOT want to be labelled as a person who does not have many friends... These thoughts are undoubtedly KILLING me ... I wake up every morning depressed thinking about my terrible life..... IS MY LIFE really terrible? Are there more people like me but enjoying their life?... I cannot do anything... I am not at all motivated to study nor do anything........ I need an answer.. i need help... please anybody.... I never thought I'd actually be looking to the net for some help ..but in a desperate effort.. i'm doing so.....
