I be paranoid sometimes like i don't know what to do, I can't seem not to go anywhere with out my crew.

your probably just so comfortable with people you have now you don't want to change your social crowd, but your friends may move away or leave for some reason, so you should really try to socialize outside your group, do activities where you will meet people and make friends and just learn to be sociable and comfortable around new people.
