Behaviorism is a study of behaviour, psychology is study of human minds. comparision is needed?

I'm not sure if you mean psychoanalytic theories?

anyways, behaviorism looks at peoples actions and the conditioning from society.

The second is more looking at the root causes of why people do the things they do.
