Before I go into the horseshow ring, sometimes I get butterflies in my stomach. I like winning, who doesn't? But sometimes when I know my points are on the line, my nerves get to me and I always mess up. I have been horseshowing for 8 years and my nerves SHOULDN'T get to me right? Wrong, they do. It only lasts though for my first course and then it goes away. I was just wondering though is there anything out there that can calm my nerves before I show? I have thought that maybe you could eat something and it would help?

When my wife and I make love, it gets VERY heated. Whilst I'm "releasing", my body generally shuts off my breathing until I'm done. And I have to hold my breath right before I do in order to do so, but sometimes I find myself incredibly close to passing out! My wife is worried for me, the general concern scares me as well, I don't really want to be killing brain cells while making love to my wife! As AMAZING as it is, the lack of breathing is TRIGGERED by my "release", so I don't know, is there any way to control it or take something to help me?

And another... (my wife is going to KILL ME...) ...
Well, my wife also gets rather stimulated during this and she swells, and sometimes, yes, I can't "remove" myself from her! It scares the hell out of me and we end up having to calm eachother down, which honestly can be close to impossible when I'm stuck and she's still excited. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's SCARY. Yes, we both try to have a good laugh, but any tips?

1.Out of everything in this life, what do you like the most?

2.What are some of the great conversations you've had?

3.What offends you?

4.Think about the last time you were in a great mood, what got you there? Imagine you are in that same situation, you're feeling wonderful, nothing could rub you wrong, what was it like for you?

I love life, and I enjoy connecting in a serious conversation about things that matter to me. The other day I talked about life as a vegetarien with a girl friend of mine.

People who attempt to bring other's down by attacking part of their being, really gets to me. Like when someone get's called dumb.

I've always been pretty analytical, especially when it comes to myself. Lately, my anxieties and insecurities have been torturing my mind 24 hours a day. I get broken sleep, obsess over myself not being good enough, and constantly pacing around my home thinking their is something wrong with me. I'm so restless mentally I can't relax, not even when I'm focused with work or school...or socializing. I've talked to my friends about it, put it out in the open and all but it wasn't enough for the feelings to go away. It's been really bad the last few months, but the last 3-5 years have been filled with these kinds of emotions. At 21, I feel like I'm missing the best times of my life feeling sorry for myself but no matter how hard I try to make myself feel better about myself, I fall back into this routine. This is driving me crazy, I feel like life is passing me by while I should be living it to the fullest. I have little interest in anything, and certainly no motivation. Help me.

I know it is an HONORABLE form of insincerity, but it's still insincerity. What do you think? Why or why not?

Late at night. Alone in your room. In the bed. Lights off.
Suddenly, you see (or believe you see)
something blacker than the darkness.(!!!)
Shape : like a mist-fog , only 3ft (1 m) in diametre.
It slowly moves around the room and after a few minutes it
disappears.
During its presence no body movement was possible.
He wanted to yell but couldn't.
An 8 year old cousin told me about this experience.

Vivid imagination most likely , or something else ?
