"There is no absolute rights or wrongs. What is right or wrong depends on the situation."

See the old "standard" book on the subject, "Situational Ethics."

However, if there are no moral absolutes, then how do you know what is "right" or "wrong" in those "situations"?

Thats an easy one. Ethical relativism is ethics and cultures that differ from culture to culture. In Japan white is the colour of mourning, in most other countries its black. So before you make any descision about another culture first ask yourself what is the ethical relativism of my idea or answer concerning the culture group that i am delaing with. Ethics also, slaughtering a cow in south africa for a wedding is considered ok and ethical, try that in usa and it would be considered unethical.
