good question.... difficult to answer but i will try.... keep in mind i am only 15 and in year 9 high school in aus.....

existential..... this means pertaining to experience or existence or the experience of existence..... it was common in the metaphysical movement where philosophies of the phenomenon of life were examined and finding relayed..... it is kind of understanding or trying to understand why or how we exist.....

breakdown is something most people understand... i dont know how to put it in words though....... i assume it isnt where you break things down into smaller components that you are referring to......

existential breakdown..... this is something i experience often though have never had a term for it so i thank you for that..... my understanding of existential breakdown is where you breakdown do the some realisation pertaining to existence, your own or in general... i have commonly looked at "why are we here?" "how are we here?" "what is the point?" and when you find answers or realise there is none, that is when you get an existential breakdown....... i have found answers such as propagation.... we live so that our species may survive.... that is how we are built.... we want to live as an instict that exists so that we can reach the age where we can propagate.... allowing our species to survive another generation..... we die.... that is inevitable .... so why live..... when you get into these thoughts.... that is an existential breakdown...... "existential: rebellion against conditions of existence"

btw i am not suicidal or anything.... i just get caught up on thoughts..... dont quote me on anything.... im just 15
