301.7 = Antisocial Personality Disorder (link 1)
It is a Cluster B personality disorder.
301.20 = Schizoid Personality Disorder (link 2)
It is a Cluster A personality disorder.
Cluster B is usually the angry, hostile, destructive, impulsive, violating social norms, reactive type. But that's just a basic description, and isn't complete, please keep that in mind.
Cluster A is usually considered odd, eccentric, withdrawn, isolated, and exhibiting emotional difficulties (for example, bonding with others or connecting with others).

those two disorders are related?..at times i may seem 'anti social"..but i dont know if im a "skizzoid" or whatever it is..

well, i don't know what exaclty you are asking in reference to these 2 personality disorders...but i can tell you they are very different, and are portrayed/displayed differently in ppl's behaviour.
