Well...there is this skill in gymnastics which I have been trying to get for months...I know I can do it, it's just when I want to I just won't...I am scared. This is a make you or break you...seriously.. I mean a flyaway...sounds scary right? it is! I can't do it without heavy spot from my coach...once she caught me barely a foot from the ground.. let me explain the flyaway. Okay so you do 3 tap swings and on the third you count T...A...P until you are at the top and then you release and tuck causing a back tuck dismount off the bar...scary! is there any sort of ritual or inspiration that can help me build up the courage to do it alone?

I am so lost, I have no money to pay my bills this month, i lost a crappy paying job, unjustly (they went against their own policies to terminate me), I was supposed to start school soon, and wont be able to do that, because I gave up the loans when my parents offered to pay for me to go to school, but now they have backed out of it, (why i'm not sure, they have excuses, but they dont make much sense since they are the ones who convinced me to go to school). my jerk of a exfiancee moved three hours away this summer, without even as much as discussing it with me, knowing that i would not have enough money to go, since i've never had a very good paying job. i'm so depressed that i find myself crying all too often, and i AM looking for a job, but i'm not sure i'm qualified for that much other then just crappy retail type jobs. I need to move out of my parents house, but i have no where to go, no real friends, nothing. is it a hopeless cause?

Hey. I'm taking a Mental Health course and we have to do these little bib card thingys on what we are talking about in class -- my question is: which anxiety defense mechanism would you attribute the majority of gossip, too (hurtful, mean gossip). I'm think "devaluation" ..sometimes can be projection, too, but has anyone studied this topic? Thanks :).

I start remembering the dream after we Killed a Piramid Head and took his sword. some how Im not sure how

so Anyway We make it to some freaky castle and in my dream Im playing the main guy with the sword He thinks he's all big and bad and the legend says that you have to kill the king of the piramid heads using the sword of one of the piramid heads and slice him in half 10 times
.

So he takes the sword a bunch of people behind him for some reason or another.

He steps into the courtyard where the Demon lurks He has many Barbed Tentecles coming from his back twirling all over the place.
from the waist down He looks like a piramid head covered in blood with no sword, and he looks he has a head of a tounglasher from resident eveil except with no tung or eye's.

the main guy starts the fight with him and he slices him in half once on the first shot.
Slices his head off.
Slices him once more then It seems that He keept missing the peices of it and cut them but did not slice him in half.

Ok my family got this pool when I was four (12 years ago) and now that we're getting rid of it, I find myself depressed. Im watching the guy take it down and im all disappointed and depressed. Its not like I use it a whole lot anymore and next year im going to college so why am I feeling this way. I did learn to swim in that pool and have a lot of memories with friends and my brother (who now lives in CA and whom I never see anymore) Plus I have been kinda of going through some stuff so what is it that im sad about. Its just a pool. Any ideas of why and how I can get past this. I just dont understand.

In psych, you read about all of these diseases and syndromes. In readin the symptoms, you seem to have some of the symptoms, so you self diagnose yourself with whatever disease or syndrome that is. In fact, you probably don't have that. What is this called? There is a specific name for this - WHAT? HELP!

We all face challenges, you know, some of us face more challenges than others, but i think the most important thing is the way we deal with challenges, my partner challenges me for the better, and i learn, and grow through the experience, so do you face a challenge head on, or do you shrink at the very thought of one?.......-

Dr. Frank investigated the relationship between stress and physical illness. She persuaded a high school principal to require all female athletes in the school to participate in her study. She explained the purpose of her research to the athletes and asked them to use a standard form to rate the severity of their stress over the last six months. More than 250 athletes completed the form. Then Dr. Frank analyzed the forms returned by the first 100 athletes. She requested the attendance records from the nurse's office for each of those athletes to verify the number of days absent due to illness during the same six month period. In the debriefing summary that Dr. Frank sent to the 100 athletes after she completed the study she stated that athletes who reported more stress also experienced more frequent illness.

Identify the research method used

Describe the operational definitions of the 2 keys variables that Dr. Frank used in the study
