Covert in full, I'd rather hide in the garden in the cover of night than get up with a microphone and talk.

Situations are different, and also change continuously, in life. In order to keep up the balance in life, a person has to be overt / covert, depending on the various situations prevailing at different times.

I am perceived as covert because I am quiet. But, you should see the eyes pop when I get started on subjects I am passionate about. People don't expect me to raise my voice. I prefer to be in quiet seclusion, but the world doesn't leave you in peace for long. I don't let people run over me.

Does one make no bones about what one does, or does one hide, and do what one does in secret?

I suppose there are those who imagine this site to be sufficiently anonymous that they would be willing to expose what they do secretly, but then they would no longer be doing it in secret, so would it still work for them?

Interesting to see what you get by way of answers.
Peace

Both. I don't think I can define myself with just any one aspect because it really depends in the situation I am and/or the mood I'm in.

overt. I am very open with things, say what I like, and do pretty much as I like and people usually like and respect me.
