Do you feel gulty about something? Have you wronged someone and fear retribution? Do you have bad karma because you behave in self-serving ways that affect others in a bad way?
Or, do you see yourself as a victim, that you are blameless, and did nothing to deserve retribution from anyone?
People probably don't believe you because that statistics for someone to be a random target of someone else's vengnce are so low. That's not saying that it doesn't happen, because it does happen, but you somehow lack credibility with the people that don't believe you.
Maybe they think that you are not providing them with the whole story, that you bear some of the responsibility. They think that you did something to bring it on yourself. That is a natural human thought. What were my first questions here?
We are all quite familiar with how many people volunteer to be victims, and refuse to believe that people are blameless. We are almost immune to professional victims.
So nobody believes you, and you are certain that you are in trouble? You can take measures to earn credibility. You can file a restraining order, you can change your locks, you can vary your routine and take different routes to where you need to go, you can contact a private investigator to gather evidence for you, you can contact a police detective, etc.

Depends upon who "they" are I suppose. I would try to use reason to sort through it and, if the conlcusion is the same then, that would be bad. If it were true and "they" were after you...then, why? Again, if I couldn't seperate what is real and not real then, I would seek help...because if it seems that way (according to the best of your knowing) ...I would seek help. It would be a terrible way to live if it were not real and, it would be a terrible way to live if it was real...either way...support and/or further advice is needed

I would suggest you identify, at least for yourself, who 'they' means. Are 'they' an identifiable group of people? Is there a rational reason why they would be after you? Are 'they' more than one group of people? If so then there is a strong possibility you are dealing with paranoia.
If not, and you can identify a group of people and a reason why they would be 'after' you, then you can possibly convince someone else as well.

I guess you might then become one of life's statistics - like being in the wrong place at the wrong time - doesn't happen very often though I would think.
