It actually has little to do with sex, I would say you are probably feeling mistrustful of someone's motives towards you in your life right now and that feeling is really eating away even though you want to ignore it. Someone, somewhere in your life is trying to convince you they are geniune and want something important from you which you don't feel ready to give or do no matter how much they plea. I suspect there is someone trying to get you on side who is selling themselves well but your gut instinct is saying "do not trust this person", you suspect them of being a bully , or a liar or a fraud.
