I feel like people are talking about how ugly I am. Because of I my low self-esteem problem, I tend to over think everything. I have pantic attacks because of it. I think that all of this my go back to childhood. This is something that I am now trying to overcome. If anyone has any questions, e-mail me and please feel free to ask . I need some help.

I've just been reading the Mad Pundit's Blog, and he tells about his first memories, which were quite interesting.

Everyone I work with is extreemly sarcastic and that's how we talk to each other. I do it sometimes to hide my true feelings and to keep people at a distance. Other times, it's the only way I know how to relate to other people.

I have met an amazing man and I am too sarcastic with him at times. How do I stop?

The human species IS suffering [has ALWAYS suffered] from the human penchant for unbridled arrogance: We all know that this is an ongoing, "cross-cultural" affliction, & one of the leading contributors to humanity's greatest problems.
This is an easy question to pose, quite another to competently address: Problem is, while we may genuinely understand that arrogance is an "inflated" behavioral distortion, reactive on issues that surround human pride - often, a defensive mechanism for felt inadequecies, this does NOT stop "it" from showing its ugly head when any one of us feels threatened or has an underlying sense of trepidation. If this were the only "cause", we might stand a fighting chance to effectively keep the behavior "in check." However, arrogance can also be born of genuine "superiority complexes," fixations on learned doctrine or dogmatic entrenchments of the mind, and even naturally occuring biases within the philosophies, world views, & "spins du jour." And, so it goes...

Isn't it clearly named? Satanism? That we have a spirit within
that is a powerful being that lives on a multi-dimensional level?
But no God or Satan? Therefore, no reward or punishment?
So do as you please?

Girl I work with, I'm kind of into her. Anyway, we've chatted a few times, just small talk, and we always wave and say hello/goodbye to each other. She always gives me this look though that for the life of me, I can't decipher. Her eyebrows are raised and her lips do this pouty kind of thing. It's very brief when it happens. I'm not sure what to think about it.

I bought a foot-long sub from Subway, had half for dinner, and saved the other half for the next day. Then later when I went looking for the other half, I found it in the garbage! :-\

Stop imagining how things would be "if only." Pay attention to here and now! That's where the real rewards are. Train your awareness to focus on the present, and you'll see just how good your life is.

On Friday I had lunch with a co-worker. She's 42 & she told me she just got a "New Makeover"--with a new hairstyle & new makeup. I told her that she looks really great--and she talked about how great she feels. She was smiling and happy.. A few minutes later, I told her that my real age--that I'm 30 years old. All the sudden, her face dropped, she Stopped Smiling, & looked Nervous & a little sad--and I could tell that her mouth was shaking a bit. She stopped talking. I asked her if she was 'Okay'--she said... "Yes-I'm just waiting for you to tell me your real age".......

I didnt say anything--but people often mistake me for being in high school because I look very, very young. I dont wear makeup but people tell me I am "pretty" and "beautiful".. I dont, drink or smoke, & I take viatmins to stay youthful. I have modeled before--but I'm not stuck up...Later on, she kept asking me my "real age"..

WHY DID MY CO-WORKER HAVE SUCH A STRONG REACTION LIKE THAT?
