Through sex

When you reach the point, where nothing matters to you, nothing bothers you, like anger, jealousy, illusion, ego, sex. In other words, you feel full of inner happiness without any worldly things. That is what Nirvana is or MOKSHA is.
You can get Nirvana by meditation, good clean, pious thinking, living for others then only for yourself etc.

I went straight to nirvana via ketamine (anesthesia) sedation. Although I DO NOT recommend it, it was unbelievable and spectacular and very far beyond what you or I or anyone else could possibly imagine nor are there words to describe it.

Nirvana is not a finite destination but the highest potential, deepest wisdom and most unbreakable happiness inherant in all living beings. You can bring it forth by chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo
