First why would you want to? I guess if were were not people like you, we wouldn't have undertakers or coroners etc. so big up to you because I couldn't do it! So if you must, if you type in autopsy photos on most search engines it will direct you to some, I only had the courage to look once, and that was to see if the man on the table was really Tupac (and it didn't seem like it to me ya'll, he's still alive, believe it!). But another site that may interest you, is freakhole. They often have many disturbing photos on there, including crime scene shots.

OK, not a mainstream question, but I can see the interest. First I would suggest going to one of the traveling "Bodies" exhibits by the German scientist Von something. "Bodies in Motion". There is one in Denver and also in Las Vegas right now. They are real plasticized cadivers and organs. Fascinating!!!! Also, you may be able to get photos from criminal cases. I used to work in a law library and we had crime scene and autopsy photos copied and stored on film. My friend just went to her first autopsy, she said it was amazing to see inside the human body.

www.ogrish.com is a pretty good place. They are particularly into gorey pictures for the hell of it rather than anything educational. Try a yahoo image search of "autopsy" and remember to turn off parental controls. If your parents put them there, sorry! Better wait until you can turn them off! :)
