What do you mean by second place? Do you mean the women who aren't recognized for being the most....the best.....etc? Maybe you are intimidated by the ones that are the best at something, the most-something, etc, because you don't feel like you are, yourself. Maybe those women make you feel inadequate so they are unattractive to you. Maybe you feel superior or equal to "the unerdog"......
Your question is so vague, so I could be off base...

In second place? What do you mean in second place. As in not the best? Noone is the best at everything. At some point in everyone's lives they will be in second place..or third or forth.

Because you can feel more on par with them than the women in first place? Like you don't have to succeed and they'll understand because they're losers too?
