Find their 'harmless' flaw and focus on that. What made them a bit on the useless side. What made them a bit c rap really. Once I found out that this chap I fancied could not fix cars, not even repair or change a wheel, I knew he was not the man for me.

Shoot him
Stab him
Poison him
Choke him
Drown him
Eat him
Push him off a cliff
Run him over
Break his neck
Etc Etc...

Seriously though, dont do that. Its called murder, and is frowned upon by most societies...
On a more serious side, just do what the person above said about picking out his/her flaws and consider him or her scum.

My ex broke my heart recently and after talking with friends the only solution I found that works is to pretend they are dead. It was either that or end things. I justt couldn't cope.
I know it sounds harsh but it lessens the pain and you go through the same feelings. The pain lessens slowly.

Ps I lost my soulmate and little girl in one go so no it is not soft or gay.

what do you mean you want to feel free again?
It sounds like this person really means a lot to you, the best way to stop them from winding you up is to metally let them go.
I know this seems hard at first but, you can do it babe. x

two and less menacing, ignore and bit your index finger really hard, that should direct your focus towards your finger.

Try both Milli and Pippin's advice. I've tried both and they work. If that doesn't help just give it time. Things tend to fade and who knows...you may meet someone new who will make it all better...

Run around them "counter clockwise" for several hours. That should unwind you.
You will feel free, but may not know which direction you're headed..

Conflict management!!!
Frustration leads to anger! Anger leads to aggression! Aggression leads to violence!

Your attitude effects your behaviour, your behaviour effects their attitude, their attitude effects their behaviour... Its a nasty circle!

Maybe they annoy you because of your behaviour!

Or they could just be really annoying and its no ones fault but their own. In which case distance is the best solution!!
