Everyone I work with is extreemly sarcastic and that's how we talk to each other. I do it sometimes to hide my true feelings and to keep people at a distance. Other times, it's the only way I know how to relate to other people.
I have met an amazing man and I am too sarcastic with him at times. How do I stop?

Practice. Explain your issue to this man and ask him to be patient and to help you. Allow him to point out when he thinks you are being sarcastic then stop and think about what you really wanted to say and tell him.
When you notice yourself being sarcastic, say your sorry and ask for a moment to rephrase your remarks.
It is a hard habit to break. I have had a few friends who were hurt by my sarcasm they were willing to work with me to overcome it with them.
I still use it in some cases though, because it can be funny and is often warranted.

you tell him ur trying to stop being sarcastic and ask him to tell you when u are being sarcastic so you know and u just talk about other things.

now that u know u are always being sarcastic, u can change. just think how much it annoys u and other ppl around u, then think about how much it would beneift to u and ur friends/coworkers. tkae a deep breathe, and think about wut ur gunna say, just dont make a sarcastic remark, itll be easy, goood luuuck!!!

Here is a good trick to learn to become less sarcastic.
just Say what you really want to say like for example:
SomeGuy: Hey, "unsure" can I borrow your pen?
YouWithSarcasm: Ok, I've been lending you pens for about a week now none of them where returned, Do you really expect me to let you borrow another pen from me?
SomeGuy: Yes.
NOW YOU WITHOUT SARCASM:
SomeGuy: Hey, "unsure" can I borrow a pen?
YouWithoutSarcasm: Go! F**k yourself! you F**cking freeloading piece of Sh!t.
