Girl I work with, I'm kind of into her. Anyway, we've chatted a few times, just small talk, and we always wave and say hello/goodbye to each other. She always gives me this look though that for the life of me, I can't decipher. Her eyebrows are raised and her lips do this pouty kind of thing. It's very brief when it happens. I'm not sure what to think about it.

I think that she likes you but that she doesn't dare to say so. I think that her face is betraying that she is happy and surprised to see you again. Maybe when you talk to her again you can ask her out on a date and see she how she reacts.

I think it means she is smelling your breath and it is bad, but I could be wrong. You may want to ask someone else though. Without seeing her I cannot really say. Maybe it means she really likes you and the pouty lips thing is her way of trying to let you know. Girls are hard to read. Check the breath things and then I say go for it next tiime she does it ask her.

Maybe she likes you and doesn't realize that her body is speaking to you. Have you heard of something called body language, our bodies can actually say things without people verballizing it. For example, (the police can atest to this), when someone tells a lie or rather is trying to cover up a lie, there is certain eye movements that can be read to verify that an individual is lying, usually its when the eyes role to the left. Anyway maybe she doesn't even realize it.

Of course not being able to see her, it's hard to judge, however it sounds as though it's a flirty look (unless she just sucked on a lemon) she is giving you!
Does she ever touch you on the arm or back when you're talking? Play with her hair? Those are also subconcious flirtatious movements girls will make when they find someone they are talking to attractive. Whether she does those things or not, it sounds as though she's giving you a discreet signal to see where you'll go with it.
