I bought a foot-long sub from Subway, had half for dinner, and saved the other half for the next day. Then later when I went looking for the other half, I found it in the garbage! :-\

I put my wallet in the fridge the other day.

I find that I do things like that more and more, the busier I get. I will be thinking about so many things that I have to get done sometimes I'll miss my turn when I am driving, and it's like I look around and I 'm like this is not where I am supposed to be going! I'm so thankful to God that I haven't had an accident, as my mind will be so focused on something else. I will lose things all the time around the house. I have done the same thing as you with a Subway sandwich, either I threw it away, or I will forget to put it away, and it disappears, I look all over for it only to find a shred of lettuce peaking out of one of my smiling innocent looking dog's mouth! I always find the paper later, somehow they are smart enough to hide it, and it's hard to get too upset, when you think about how good they were at their stealth mission!

At least you remembered you had half a sandwich left!

That comment should let you know that yes...I have had many moments like that...walking into a room and staring around blankly, trying to remember why I even walked in there, etc...

I should have my keys surgically attached to me...it would save a lot of time scrambling around trying to find where I put them most of the time.
