Psychology - August 2006

When i am writting a note, letter or copying a web address onto paper, I stop and restart around 10 times untill my writting is perfectly neat, I also get mad if it isn't neat. I can't stop myself re-writting it till it's perfect, is this a form of OCD, or is this just normal?

I mean if youhad the power to FIGHT BACK would you use such force?
It could be asked, what if your "mother" attempted to rape you, would you FIGHT back or would you not want to hurt your mother, so you let them do that to you? Well if you DID not resist/(fightback) you'd be "broken down" into a state of supplication...and it would be sad.

Some could look at it as a test, a test where god wants to make sure people will strive for FREE WILL and FREEDOM and such to say. Others would argue that the "god" almighty that they believe in would never do such a "rape" to anyone, and there-fore it must be an "inferior" sub-god, a DEMON if you will, who is doing the punching...as even to suggest asking this question...

after seeing a gal in common class from other dept. talking with a guy from same dept. i realized she has some catching character which has scratched my thinking pad. on next day i send a friend request to her on orkut with some proactive scrap that i have not written before. one day after without a reason, she simply rejected my request which left in question why i become so proactive, what is in her character?
then after 3 days, today i found the answer : i have written a story during my bachelor days where i described a pretty, agile gal provocatively talking with a outsider guy in a secured township, i dream to design. so its like my creation has come to alive! on this scenario i have found the question i set here. please try to answer.

I think through maturity and knowledge of life we change our beliefs and personality, do you agree? And how many major changes in thought have you had? How many does the average person have do you think?

EXAMPLE: I use to be Republican out of ignorance, and today I can't believe I was that way. Or, use to fall for the religion scams....not anymore. Also, going from introvert to extrovert.

When people express their beliefs instead of looking for information I notice they get a lot of answers telling them to get a life. If you got one answer that was really maddening, would you pick it as best answer so that you could send a comment back to that person to even the score?

I keep dreaming that I have "people" in sight on what appears to be a military sniper rifle(not in the military or never used guns). I know ican pull the trigger but havnt yet. Any ideas on what this may represent?

Recently, me and my workmates went to a clay pigeon shooting range, it was one of the many activities which we participated in there. One I took the loaded gun in hand, and aimed my shootgun at the disks zooming off into the air, I could familiarize myself with alot of 1st Person Shooter games and think like I was playing a game. In the end I managed 8/10 clay pigeons, taking into account I have never even held a gun in my life let alone fire one. So do you think this was pot luck? Or do you believe playing games does have advantages that can be taken into real life circumstances. And have you had any familiar experiances?

Does anyone else have the ability to rewind their dreams and make it come out the way they like it? e.g. you got killed in your dream, rewind, change some stuff in the dream and you win in the end. As far as I can remember I've been doing this to my dreams and I just found out my dad can do this too!

each time I hear accounts of the students involved they are always honor roll students, always ones every one like. but never are they spoken of as hell raisers, bulleys, ones that have been suspended often, rebellious to authority. It seems that only these well liked scholarly ones are the only ones that be involved in car accidents wearing no seatbelts. For once I like to hear of some that fit that type involved in such accidents.
