I dreamt that my cousin and her girlfriend (elizabeth) had broken up and now she was engaged to a new guy. Elizabeth asked me to let her borrow money for her wedding and so that I could meet her fiance. When they arrived at my house I saw that her fiance was Ernie (in real life he is a guy that I have a huge crush on). I was totally shocked but I couldn't do anything about it. Ernie didn't talk to me. I asked Elizabeth if she knew about Ernie and me but she said that he didn't have feelings for me. I couldn't do anything so I gave her money for her wedding. Then Ernie and Elizabeth ran off and eloped.

What could this dream mean?

In real life they do not know each other. Ernie and I have a "friends with benfits" relationship.

My parents to know because they are going to yell at me for trying to do so. The reason I'm trying to contact him is because of family problems. I dont know if I should lie about my age so I can email him because If I do I don't know if I will be in trouble or not. What do I do?

Sometimes I will get a flash of a feeling or desire in moment of a sigh, often after some related event. Are these true feelings, more honest than the things we tell ourselves we want when we are consiously thinking about them. Or are they just momentary impulses.

I have vivid lucid dreams very often and have full control of my dreams and can do anything I could possibly imagine. I mostly like to fly about, visit ancient cities or even make love my 'dream girl'.
Whats the best things that you have done, or would like most to do/experience in a lucid dream?

I have noticed that so many people really are predjudiced against people with mental illness....I've noticed how people assume those with illnesses like schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder are not very intelligent, and 'talk down' to mentally ill people, or use mental-health staff as 'go-betweens' rather than talking directly to the person! I am a person with schizoaffective disorder, and I'm far from stupid...it just takes me a few seconds to respond, because I think before I say anything. And then there are people who tease or mock someone with a mental illness because they act 'different' or have tics because of medication side effects..Most people with mental illness are harmless and will not cause trouble if they're stable on meds.
Just because someone has a mental illness is not a real reason to disrespect or avoid them. I'm just a person who happens to have a psychiatric disorder. But that's not all I am.

My mom is afraid of every animal except for cats, she thinks the government is watching us through the television and the computer. I'm 18 and she's always been like this but with all the terrorist attacks and stuff its worse. She's also afraid of people who aren't american or who don't look american, she's also afraid of foreign food. Anyways I guess the worst part is her being afraid of people who arent american, its really embarassing in public when she says something like "that guy/girl looks like a terrorists. On top of that she's a homophobe and if she sees gay people like holding hands or something she goes nuts. Should just build my mom a rock and put her under it?

do you usually find yourself right more often than not, causing you to wonder if you're more observant than the average bear? or do you frequently find that your best judgements are wrong, making you wonder if you shouldn't have noticed more closely what was happening? to what do you attribute this ability (or lack thereof)?
