I am trying to find a blind[by birth] man in my locality and shall ask him to describe the world and then answer your question

they describe it as they feel, smell and hear it, their senses often more acute than seeing eyes. Also, even visually intact people standing together will have different perspectives of the same world. Did you know that eyes are the least reliable for remembering something from the past, the nose beats the eye, then hearing, visual stimulus comes last.
