Why are so many teens on yahoo answers obsessed with sex, dating, etc? Im 13 and yes I get erotic feelings towards one particular boy who I dream of marrying, but I plan to remain a virgin until the night of my wedding. Why cant teens wait until they are 16 before dating? And why cant they date without going all the way? Actually, I dont see so many obscessed teens im my school. A lot of the boys aren't interested in sex (thank god) and a lot of the girls want to get good grades and dont have any time for dating plus their parents wont let them anyway.

Three times I have been to the mental health department of a local hospital and told them I am suicidal. There answer to me was no appointments available to see a medicine speciaist, come back in a month! Lately I have been running knives, nails, finger nail files down my right wrist. I don't think I can wait a month...

If, hypothetically, a person was incredibly aroused by performing acts of self stimulation in front of a mirror, whilst wearing a a face mask of his own head and listening to a compelation of a mixture of the ecstactic screams of ex-girlfrinds and the voices of friends and relations saying his name, probably with something spicy inserted into his rectum, would this be morally objectionable from your point of view?

i've had little sleep lately, and it's to do with some things i've been playing. every time i shut my eyes i'm hearing sceams and remembering parts which scared me badly. i've avoided playing the whole game yet i still hear it. it's not very bad yet if i had been playing it near school........well i'd be in a mess. anyway to sort this before it gets very bad?

I feel like telling people about them, and I write some of them down some are for my own sexual experience with people that I know, that I do lust after, especially one person, the others are just cute things that come to my mind for no reason at all. I daydream but these are like subconcious wishes or something idk.

The down-sides of sexual activity is mostly thought of as pregnancy and STD's (When the topic is directed at young adults).
However, teens are not informed as much about the emotional side effects.

So here is my question:
How did you react (emotionally) after having sex for the first time? About yourself, about your partner, and anything else?

What emotional effects would you warn a young adult about before they have sex for the first time?
