its probably all the talk and media hype about war and fighting in different countries at the moment......... you have just got to keep tellling your self that pulling that trigger means you may harm someone so definately don't pull..................through the day try and focus on positive events and happenings perhaps from your life or go for walks in the country side......... be happy xxxxx
i also am suffering from depression and am taking tablets which have helped me focus on the positive, before i was on tablets i dreamt horrific dreams but now only dream rarely......

I believe that you have the ability to discern people, that you can tell by looking at somebody where they are coming from, which could be part of your depression because you know the "games" people play and can see easily through them.

If this is true, then those that you know...you really know. Sometimes this could be a blessing and a curse.

In business and in life, if you see people in a positive light they will live up to the expectations and perform accordingly.

Hope this helped.

Perhaps it is time to put the imaginary gun down and travel to the peaceful side just before you go to sleep. For some people it takes years but I know you can control your anxiety. I think dreams are a reflection of our collection of thoughts from our daily lives but they never really mean much. Once and a while we may think that something very significant is happening but I don't think so. You have to learn to relax perhaps by using biofeedback or maybe some of those musical Cd's that sooth your tension. It sounds like you really don't want to hurt anyone, so please don't think that it means anything.

It sounds like you could be blaming others for your misery, or they could really be the cause.

Try to get to the root of the problem by analising how others have affected you and deal with each separate result. Then you will be back in control of your own life without worrying what others think.

Spoil yourself occasionally and feel good about yourself.

Good Luck
