Depends on what you mean by repetitive... Is it just the monotony of daily life or do you mean you have a compulsive disorder. If it's the latter, then you need to seek professional help.

A few things to answer -
Have you always done this....or just started??
What is your age? Are you getting up there in your age to where you are thinking you are forgetting to do something and, say, double check yourself all the time?
Are you going through a depression?
Have you discussed this with your doctor?
You may want to talk this over with them so you aren't driving yourself nuts.
