Hi there!
I don't but I wish I knew how - I do very often know that I'm dreaming and, if I don't like what I'm dreaming, I can wake myself up - but that's pretty much as far as it goes up to press. (Apart from the fact that I'm also able to "back off" from things sometimes if they are not going right.)
Any hints on how to do what you can do would be greatly appreciated!
Hope this helps and kind regards.

I don't have the ability to rewind my dreams but I am semi-consious enough to know that I'm dreaming. The dreams are very real and they are played out like a movie. Very inexpesive form of entertainment.

i can do this to an extent, but i have to completely clear my head before bed. Like a Yoga exercise, I have to keep my head free of any thoughts for 8 to 10 minutes. I learned about controling dreams, from a dream book, i can't recall the name of the book, but it was very helpful.

Yes. Dream control or manipulating my own dream. I do that sometimes, especially when I'm partly aware that it's only a dream. Simply put, cheating my own dream. It's fun and mostly hillarious lol.
