Psychology - July 2006

Alot of people believe we go to a place called Heaven or a place called Hell when we die. I beleive this....

We are on a large rock spinning in one place out in the middle of space (Earth), When we die I think there are realms of Positive power and realms of negitive power and one with lost souls, but all the same we are right here on earth. We may or may not be able to see or know whats going on aound the living but I belive that some may not even know they are dead but keep liveing there lives over and over like a stamp imprinted on time that ends and plays over again and again in a spirit world.

Please comment on this thought..im interested in reading them....and no, I dont use drugs for those shallow people that bump into this. I just have a lot of time on my hands..lol

this has nothing to do whether you believe in Jesus as being God, Gods Son. only saying there is as much evidence, and actually quite a lot more Jesus lived. more so than George did. Why do you who believe George was real but do not believe Jesus really existed? as persons, theres no bodily remains of either one, to show proof. if you make an argument like letters clothes, witness', relatives etc. they can be said of Jesus too. anything can be faked forged or attributed to one that isnt true. Georges cherry tree, him never having told a lie. that doesnt give reason why one you believe in, and another you do not. i dont believe the shroud is Jesus' burial clothing, many do. im trying to understand the logic and reasoning why ones life is accepted where anothers isnt. Considering all arguments for or against either are very easily crossed to pro or con for them both.
as popular as Christs life still is today. It makes sense to use in comparison one like George too bc of his popularity

Pensioners often make the headlines - often with the underlying theme that they deserve more money etc etc

Many many do and I have no problem with that at all - they fought in WWII, made the country what it is etc - case closed..

What I wonder about though is why the group is treated as all deserving - within the pensioner group is as wide a range of people as in the general population -

Within it is -

Ex-Sex Offenders, Murderers, People who have never worked, Really rich people etc etc

So if it makes sense - I mean why is there never any acknowledgement that over 65's are as diverse as the rest of us and A FEW may not deserve a cosy retirement?

My mom is bi-polar and/or may be getting alzheimers. She is in her mid 60's and says things out of context more & more. This started after divorcing my dad ( 7 years ago) she has has said hurtful things to me & then says she is pulling my leg. I've tried to love her at a distance but her assualts are too much. I told her how much she hurts me and 3 days later she yelled and screamed on the phone, I held the phone away and felt like the world was ending for me saying nothing. I have decided for my mental well-being it is best to not speak to her unless she needs me mentally or physically. How do you get past the horrible pain of someone being so compassionate & taking great care of you while you were young & after a divorce they change to
Dr.Jekyll mr Hyde in a moments notice. I have a child, husband, & close friend whom are wonderful but their not my mom. The emtipness & lonliness is so hard right now, any thoughts???

I have this recurring dream where my family is moving. I cant tell whether I am happy or sad when it happens. I just work with it. But in each dream we are moving to a different place and different stuff happens when we are packing and traveling. Sometimes, in the dream, i really dont want it to happen, but all I can do is watch while we leave. I love where we live now, it is a great place with alot of great memories. But i just want to know why I always dream about leaving. It kinda scares me.

as long as no one is forcing another person to do it with another person.. his/her choice of sexual satisfaction is up to them. It is better than rape.. much more.. no one gets pregnant and no one gets STDs with phonesex.

His mother has head lice and our daughter got it. I went out of my way to make him happy on his birthday and he was just kinda rude to me. I didnt want to go over to his mothers until I knew she had done her head. I covered me and my daughter in tea tree oil and went over there after being told by his brother that mom wasnt there so I could do some laundry and just hope when she got home that she had finally done her head. She show's up and she hasnt so I say I have to go home and do me and my daughters head again it's 9pm and we have to go to daycare and work tomorrow. She is all dramatic and crying about all sorts of stuff as always and gives a list of excuses why she hasnt been able to do her head in 2months! I tell her its no big deal but we cant have headlice so I must go do our heads. My husband then gives me this death look and doesnt even say bye to me when I leave. I am upset about being treated this way talking to him doesnt work his mother is a master manipulator.
