He has a job - just things really stretched there. Usual story, owners want to optimise profit but don't want to give him the staff/cash needed to do it. He on the verge of splitting with his g'fd too.. that a hard one cos I know they both really care about each other and if they stepped back (they work tog) and things were better at work I think they could make it..

what i do for my friends in these situations. ..
are to always check up on them call them more often .. ask how they're doing.. send emails to have a good day at work/school etc. or send greeting cards to support them let 'em know im here for them. i also take them out a lot more. .. to eat, walks, i try to get their mind on something other than the issue. its time like these that i remind my friends how much i care for them and the meaning of friendship! good luck!

I think the best you can do is ask your friend what they need - that way you are not assuming anytihng(often we do even with the best intentions at heart).

Being there for your friend and listening when they are talking, instead of joining in and talking ....... a cuppa and chocky biccies always help!

I hope all goes well for you and your friend - Good Luck

Just be there and listen. Usually the less you say is better, don't offer them your opinion (even if you think it will help, they may not have the emotional ground at that time to hear you) Hug them. Tell them why they are important to you. Bust mostly, just listen to them.

Have you heard of Dr. Joseph Murphy's book 'The Power of your subconscious Mind?' It will give you and your friends the answers to all of your problems!

Love,

Natalie.

if they need a friend, then stay close. if they dont wanna talk, dont talk. also, dont cling to them and meddle. it could make things worse for you and them. it may even ruin your relationship.

its best to listen to them, give them good wholesome advice, and pamper them. take them out, and increase their confidence, what a good friend you are in asking this question. well done!!!
