Oh yeah. My sister, when she was doing meth, had this face that was unbelievable when she was being paranoid. Her mouth would twitch, her eyes were so wide open it looked like her eyeballs might fall out. She darted back and forth, from window to window to see who had followed her. Every noise from outside made her whole body jerk because she was convinced it was the police coming to take her away. Her head was never still, constantly looking rapidly from side to side and even up and down. It was the creepiest thing you can imagine.

I would but I am afraid paranoia will find me and hurt me for talking about it. It will...won't it....I think it will...of course it will....how can I stop it...where can I hide....help me!!!!!!
