Humans tend to be conformed, but only for a limited time. We always seek for something better and/or more intense. some things might be very enjoyable, but then we kind of get tired of doing/experiencing the same thing. Consequently, we look for something different and better. Not necessarily more intense or better, but definitely that beneficiate us. I can apply this to many situations with many different people, and it is true. We can not prevent this thoughts and actions from happening. Its like a natural instinct of humans. Why is this? why are we never fully conformed?

I ask these occasionally when I’m writing (yes I’m a writer), plus I have some friends over and we’re talking stupid tonight. It’s obviously the beer.
Anyway, is it:

1.The ability to have any type of fast food materialize anywhere at your beck and call.

2.The ability to cause a person to become stone cold sober from any form of drunken or intoxicated state (whether from drugs or alcohol).

and told you he needed you to hide 3 million pounds for him, because he had just robbed a bank, what would you do? He tells you that if you agree, after one month he would come and collect it and give you £150,000 for the favour, but makes it clear that if any is missing he will blow your brains out. He also tells you not to run because himself and his gang will track you down and kill you. Would you take the money and do a runner? or keep it and settle for the measlly £150,000? or would you just say, no thanks? Totally never giong to happen, but just curious.

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983. From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why
does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied: The world over -- 5 crore children start
playing tennis, 50 lakh learn to play tennis, 5 lakh learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals, When I was holding a cup I never asked GOD "Why me?". And today in pain I should not be asking GOD "Why me?"

Happiness keeps u Sweet, Trials keep u Strong, Sorrow keeps u Human, Failure Keeps u Humble, Success keeps u Glowing, But only God Keeps u Going.....

Keep Going.....

I know the basic answers like family, friends, and religion and all that has helped me. I just want to know if some of the things I feel are normal. My boyfriend of 8 years was killed 7 months ago and every now and then I feel this deep hatred at him for leaving me. Is that normal? I know it wasn't his fault, and of course he didn't want to leave....I don't know why I get mad at him but it makes me feel so guilty. I also can't bring myself to really accept it, I think I'm in denial. I miss him so much and it just hurts to think about it. Will all this pass or do I need to go see a professional and just talk it out with them? Or am I just not grieving properly? I've never experienced death before all this...

Funny how you answer questions on this site seriously then when you want to be a smart ***, you stop yourself cause you feel you have created an expectation from others to be proper. I say the hell with it.

I will preface this by saying, my husband practically sleeps in a coma. I could kick him in the head if I wanted to and it would only cause him to stir; It would not wake him up. (It's really irritating.) Anyway, the other night, he was asleep and I was trying to wake him up because I thought I smelled gas in the house. As I'm trying to wake him up (I was doing so nicely, saying "honey, honey"), he says, in his sleep, "the Dark One says FU*** You!". I said, "what?" and he repeats "the Dark One says FU** You!". Worse, the FU part came out as a growl, both times. My question is, what would YOU make of this? It creeped me out. He had not been watching horror movies or anything. Is Satan present in my home or something? Is my husband possessed? What is in his mind that would cause him to say something like that?
