This would be difficult to answer as there are not many cases to study, psycho kinetics = tele kinetics being able to move things with you mind or of ability to manifest mind energy into real energy. Try to see if you can find anything on the web about Uri Gellar or si son as both of them have this ability.

Telekinesis????? The ability to move or alter inanimate objects using the powers of the mind. Working very similarly to that of ones mind controlling and telling the different parts of the body to function or move, but that energy is extended or projected outwardly. I don't believe it has any effect on other living beings unless it (or they) are open to it and allow it... passive.

try posting this question on an eastern european bulletin board. i think the foremost experts in this subject are eastern-bloc soviets and eastern euros. i used to follow a PK strength-training program designed for me by a soviet swim coach. sorry i can't give specifics, but this is my best suggestion. good luck.
