Break up your goal in small steps, taking into consideration the events that you've been through, and start from there. Everyday, visualize yourself achieving your goal and imagine how your life would be like when that happens. That should serve as some form on motivation to stick to your goal. Goodluck!

Start back out slow. Recognize and accept that life happens. Don't punish yourself and don't put yourself down for not being where you think you should be now, because the truth is; you are right where you should be. Write out your goal and your plan to reach it. Develop steps that aren't overwhelming. As long as you commit to continue to work towards your goal you will be fine and you will see that you focus will come back to you. Best wishes.

Picture what reaching your goals will look like (that you set for yourself )each time you find yourself getting distracted. When I feel unfocused I read motivational quotes....

being focused on your goal....thats simple. You then take the aple and cut it in half. Hold on......there's a buzzer going off......now where was I.....oh yeah....and then she says. " I can't belive you said that". And that's when it all happened.

Write your goal down on your mirror and/or somewhere you are constantly reminded of it. Out of sight, out of mind.
